The Alliance Charitable Foundation proposes todevelop and disseminate the Halt COVID Resource Guide containing an array of relevant resources, tools and services organized by topic area,t geographical location, vaccination sites, transportation accessibility and other resources with an overarching goal of thwarting thedevastating effects of COVID 19 of the populationliving within an 8-county target area served by thehealth-oriented nonprofit.
