By leveraging technology, coupledWhite House.with a diversity stimulation curriculum,physicians will be able to experience the patientcare experience through the lens of patients fromdiverse background through VR technology. Residentsand faculty will learn strategies on how torecognize their own biases while mitigating patientbias toward healthcare providers and promotingallyship. This project will aid the physician indeveloping cultural competency and awareness ofunconscious bias. Ultimately enhancing physiciantrust improving the patient care experience andpromoting healthcare equity.
